OTTAWA youth FELLOWSHIP
In partnership with Jubilee Church.
grades 7 to 12 are welcome! Fridays 7:00pm to 8:45pm.
Youth are precious in God’s sight. They have a purpose in his plans. We believe they can be disciples of Jesus and walk faithfully with him.
Our vision for the Ottawa Youth Fellowship is that it be a group helping Christian youth grow in Christian maturity, helping non-Christians come to faith in Jesus, practicing Christian hospitality, and strengthening the bonds of affection between gospel-believing churches that would like to partner with us.
For these reasons, youth from The Church of the Messiah gather weekly in partnership with Jubilee Church during the school term to enjoy Gospel-centered Bible teaching, games/fellowship and prayer. Our youth leaders love the Lord and desire to see the youth grow in faith and in faithfulness.
Youth nights are held on Friday nights at St. Anthony’s School (391 Booth Street) or at Church of the Messiah’s office (315 Lisgar Street). In order to stay up to date, as gatherings are sometimes held elsewhere, please reach out to us to join our email list.
*Doors will be locked at 7:15pm so please come on time!*

Every Friday, we meet to have fun, hear the Bible taught, and develop friendships while growing in the faith through discussion groups.
For the rest of Fall 2025, we will be exploring common questions about Christianity.

“Young [people], young [people], I wish you did but know the comfort of a conscience not burdened with a long list of youthful sins. These are the wounds that pierce the deepest. These are the arrows that drink up a man’s spirit. This is the iron that enters into the soul. Be merciful to yourselves. Seek the Lord early, and so you will be spared many a bitter tear.”
- J.C. Ryle in Thoughts for Young Men.
